At Funhouse we love setting new standards! We aim to set the bar higher and higher – we lead and the others follow.
All your dealings with Funhouse are safe, confidential, and focussed making your experience the best possible. In all but exceptional cases, you will be dealing with New Zealand’s most trusted, most respected, and most caring madam.
The following policies have been designed to ensure you and our staff are treated with the utmost respect and your personal privacy is protected.
The policy covers three areas:
- Use of this web site
- On site privacy
- Phone and other communications
Web Site Privacy
1. Site visit data
Any information automatically retrieved during your visit, such as site browsing patterns, is used in aggregate form only so that we can make informed decisions about the use of this site and improve the site’s quality. Information provided by visitors will not be disclosed to third parties.
If you would like more details on the information that is automatically retrieved from your browser, please contact us.
No data on individual visitors is saved in any format.
Cookies are pieces of information that a website can transfer to an individual’s computer hard drive for record keeping. Cookies can make using websites easier to use by storing information about your preferences on a particular website. The information remains on your computer after the Internet session finishes.
3. Collection of Personal Information
Information that you send to us (such as an email or using an online form) will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it. We will not use the information for any other purpose. The information will not be disclosed without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.
You have the right to inspect and update information we hold about you at any time. For further information, please contact us.
4. Legal Requirements
Funhouse may be required by law to disclose information you provide. We will only make the disclosure if we believe in good faith that we are required by law to do so.
On Site Privacy & Safety
We completely respect your personal safety and privacy if you choose to visit the Funhouse premises.
Our premises are secure and monitored to protect the safety of both our clients and staff. However, any information about client activity is absolutely confidential to Funhouse management unless – in the most extreme scenario – we are required by law to disclose information.
You will not see another client during your visit.
EFTPOS and credit card payments are made to a discreet and nondescript account which protects your financial privacy.
You will not be asked or expected to participate in any activities that put you, your safety, or your privacy at risk. We expect that our clients will also respect the safety, health, and privacy of our staff.
Telephone and Other Communications
In all but exceptional cases, any communication with Funhouse will be with Madam Mary – the most trusted madam in the business.
We realise that this can be difficult for some people but the more open you are about what experiences you are seeking, the more likely it is that we can deliver to and in most cases exceed your expectations.
Phone calls and details are not recorded or logged. Emails are only accessed by Mary or Ingrid and the account is not shared with any other staff.
We do not normally respond to text and other forms of communication (excluding phone and emails) unless you are known by Funhouse.
